The £299 setup does not include unlimited manual menu entry by NibbleKit. Your team can add and manage meals, options, images, allergens, ingredients and nutrition information from the merchant portal.

Modifiers, allergens, nutrition fields and multi-brand support are platform features. A separate quote applies only when you want NibbleKit to enter or migrate substantial amounts of menu data for you.

Why is there only one plan?

We wanted pricing to be simple. You get the full NibbleKit Direct platform without choosing between tiers or paying a monthly platform subscription.

Is there a monthly platform fee?

No. NibbleKit Direct has no monthly platform subscription. The main platform fee is 3.5% of app/direct orders.

What counts as an app order?

An app order means an order placed through your NibbleKit ordering channel, including your branded ordering experience, web ordering page or app-based ordering flow.

Are payment fees included?

No. Stripe is the secure payment processor used for customer card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Its processing fees are paid through your own Stripe account and are separate from NibbleKit's platform fee, refunds and chargebacks.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes. There is a £299 one-off setup fee. This covers workspace setup, ordering configuration, secure payment connection guidance, delivery settings and launch checks.

Can we add our own menu?

Yes. Your team can add and manage meals, options, images, allergens, ingredients, nutrition information and pricing from the merchant portal.

Can NibbleKit add the menu for us?

Yes. Done-for-you menu setup is available as an optional add-on. Pricing depends on menu size, options, allergens, nutrition data, images and complexity.

Do you replace Just Eat or Uber Eats?

Not directly. Marketplace apps are useful for discovery. NibbleKit is designed to help you move repeat customers to your own ordering channel, where you control the experience, customer relationship and pricing.

Is there a long contract?

Plans are monthly unless agreed otherwise. Some custom rollout, branded app or done-for-you setup work may require separate terms.
